If your artificial turf smells like pet urine within 100 days of our treatment, we return and re-treat the affected areas for free, no questions asked. It is the strongest warranty in the region, and it exists because we are confident in the enzyme chemistry we use.
The Warranty Covers Recurrence on Treated Areas
The warranty is simple: if we treated a zone and the pet smell comes back within 100 days, we re-treat that zone for free. There is no fee, no extra paperwork, no negotiation. Bacterial recurrence on previously treated infill is exactly the failure mode we're insuring against, and it's the reason the warranty exists.

Fair Exclusions That Exist for a Reason
The warranty covers our work. It does not cover new damage that happens after we leave. If you adopt a new puppy the week after we treat your turf and he creates a new hotspot, that's a new job, not a warranty claim. These exclusions exist so we can honestly offer a 100-day warranty instead of a watered-down 30-day one with asterisks.

No. The warranty covers recurrence on the areas we treated, based on the conditions at the time of our original visit. If you introduce a new pet after we treat, or if new hotspot areas develop from changes in pet behavior, those count as new damage and need a fresh treatment (at our standard rates).

The warranty specifically covers pet odor recurrence. Other odors (mildew from drainage issues, dead plant material, neighboring property sources) need a separate diagnosis. We can still help, but it falls under a paid service call rather than the warranty.

Yes, within the original 100-day window. If you sell during the warranty period, the new owners can file a claim on the remaining days. They just need to provide the original service date and address.

100 days is long enough to cover the real risk window for enzyme treatments (if it is going to fail, it fails within the first 60 to 90 days). A full year would be dishonest because we cannot control new pet behavior or hotspot changes. 100 days is the longest guarantee we can offer in good faith.
