Yes. Every enzyme sanitize comes with a 100-day pet odor warranty. If the smell comes back within 100 days of our treatment, we return and re-treat at no cost. It is the strongest warranty in the region.

The urine itself does not stay on the fibers. It drains through the turf and settles in the infill below, where bacteria break it down into ammonia and other compounds. Heat makes that process faster, which is why St. George summers make the smell so much worse. Rinsing with a hose spreads the problem; only an enzyme treatment actually breaks down the compounds.
