Yes, and honestly those are the yards where the treatment makes the biggest difference. If your turf is 3 to 7 years old and has had pets, there is a lot of buildup we can neutralize in a single visit. We typically recommend one deep clean followed by a Pet Owner monthly plan.

If your artificial turf smells like pet urine within 100 days of our treatment, we come back and re-treat it at no cost. The warranty covers the same areas and conditions we treated on the original visit. It does not cover new pet damage from new pets or hotspot areas introduced after our visit.

Yes. Those hotspot areas need pre-treatment with a concentrated enzyme application before the main sanitize pass. We identify hotspots during the initial walk-through and handle them up front. Long-term hotspot areas are exactly why we built the 100-day warranty.

Yes. The enzyme solution is safe for all pets and for children. We wait for the turf to dry (about 60 to 90 minutes) before we recommend pets back on it, but that is a dwell-time issue, not a toxicity concern.
