Terms of Service

Red Rock Turf Care provides professional artificial turf cleaning, pet odor removal, power brooming, infill top-up, and commercial maintenance services in Washington County, Utah. These terms apply to all one-time jobs and recurring service agreements.

Requests submitted through our contact form are responded to within one business day. Scheduled appointments are confirmed by text or email the day before the visit. We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a non-emergency visit.

One-time services are billed on completion of the job. Monthly plan customers are billed on the first of each month via credit card. Accepted payment methods: major credit cards and bank transfers. Invoices for commercial customers can be arranged with net-30 terms on request.

Pet odor treatments come with a 100-day warranty. If the pet odor returns within 100 days of our treatment on the same areas we treated, we will re-treat those areas at no cost. Full warranty terms, including what is and is not covered, are on our guarantee page. The warranty does not cover new pet damage, new hotspot areas introduced after our visit, or odors from non-pet sources.

Monthly plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with 7 days' notice before your next scheduled visit. No cancellation fees. One-time services can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit at no cost; same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee at our discretion.

We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. If our work causes damage to your property, our insurance will cover it. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the service in question unless otherwise required by Utah law.

If you are unhappy with our work, contact us first and we will make it right. If we can't resolve the issue directly, any formal dispute will be handled under Utah law in Washington County.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for monthly plan customers, email notice of any changes that affect ongoing service.
